„Enttäuschend - Preis-/Leistung stimmt nicht!
- Grosses Gym mit guten Geräten, aber auch mit Defiziten: keine Handtücher und 5 Tage kein Desinfektionsmittel (Dispenser leer) - Leckeres Frühstück - Schöne Lounge mit Pool, man wird jedoch gefilzt, Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und arrogant, Wasserflasche wird einem abgenommen, damit man an der Bar konsumiert
- Alles mit Defizit: in der Nacht laut (Bass von der Diskothek), Kühlschrank surrte so laut, dass ich ihn ausstecken musste. - Andere Gäste auf meinem Stock konsumierten Marihuana im Zimmer. Der Geruch war im ganzen Gang und kam teilweise in mein Zimmer. - Schlechtes Wifi, an 3 von 5 Tagen kein Wifi im Zimmer. Ich habe zweimal reklamiert und nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt. Man sagte mir, dass im ganzen Hotel kein Wifi gibt zu dieser Zeit. - Kaltes Wasser in der Dusche. Ich habe zweimal reklamiert und nichts ist passiert. - Unfreundliches Personal (ausser Ladies im Frühstücksraum waren sehr freundlich)

„Bis auf den Pool enttäuschendes Hotel und nicht mit anderen Ramada Wyndham Hotels vergleichbar
Der Pool war gut, jedoch nur bis 18 Uhr zu benutzen. Wegen vielen Defekten wurde uns nach 4 Übernachtungen eine zusätzliche Gratis-Übernachtung angeboten oder Essen und Getränke im Casino für 25€
Insgesamt ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit erheblichem Renovierungsbedarf- Lauwarme Dusche, Klimaanlage defekt, Internet nur sporadisch, Frühstück mittelmäßig, Unser Zimmer zur Poolseite war am Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag sehr laut mit Musik bis nach Mitternacht und anschließend sehr laute Gespräche bis zum frühen Morgen. Personal spricht kaum Englisch
